Nico Moreno Ticket Contest Rules
ARTICLE 1 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
Insolent Rave Records is organizing a contest from 09/12/2024 to 10/12/2024.
Participation in the contest implies full and complete acceptance of these game conditions.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest in case of force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances.

ARTICLE 2 - TRANSPARENCY AND COMMUNICATION
These official rules detailing all contest conditions are accessible online on the artist's sales site hosted by the Shopify platform. This regulation is available in several languages as the contest is international. Therefore, it is published in English, French, and Spanish.
Winners may be announced publicly, subject to their consent.

ARTICLE 3 - ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open only to adults (18 years and older). Participants must provide an ID (passport, national identity card, driver's license), any official document with a photo and the person's age.
The document must be transmitted in a legible scan. A proof of address will also be requested, as well as a facial verification via video. This verification can be done through an app or a video call with one of the organizers.
Participation is conditioned upon the purchase of the vinyl online (only on the sales site provided by the organizer).
Winning tickets are unique and assigned to the vinyl purchaser. They are neither transferable not assignable.
Reservations of logistics means and names provided to the event organizers will be nominative.
The resale or transfer of winning tickets is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to sell will result in immediate disqualification and a ban from all future contests organized by Nico Moreno or his partners. Insolent Rave Records reserves the right to legal action. An electronic invoice corresponding to the winner's identity will be required.
ARTICLE 4 - CONTEST MODALITIES
There are 3 types of winning tickets in the vinyls sold online only from the seller's site.
Winners must contact us by email, presenting the code indicated on the ticket and a photo of the vinyl.
ARTICLE 5 - PRIZES
Diamond Prize: 3 winners
- 2 tickets to follow Nico Moreno backstage at a show.
- Economy class airfare and 3* hotel accommodation covered.
- Meet and greet with Nico Moreno.
- Valid for two people only in their region of the world and within a list defined by the organizers
based on the winner's geolocation.
- Necessary verification of the contest's legality and winners' age.
- Possible requirement for visa and up-to-date identification documents.
Platinum Prize: 5 winners
- 2 tickets for a Nico Moreno festival/concert date (date not specified).
- Necessary verification of winners' age. Only the entry tickets are covered by the organizer.
**Chrome Prize:** 10 winners
- Winning a merchandise pack including a Hoodie, a T-Shirt, and a cap from Nico Moreno's upcoming collection.
ARTICLE 6 - GEOGRAPHICAL RESTRICTIONS
Participants must be able to attend a concert date in a region or country where Nico Moreno
performs, from a choice of dates provided by the agency based on the winner's location. This
applies to Diamond and Platinum prizes.
ARTICLE 7 - CLAIMS
Winners must come forward no later than one year after discovering the winning ticket. The starting date will be the date winners contact us, regardless of the prize won.
Winners must prove their identity and age to claim their prize.
ARTICLE 8 - SAFETY AND HEALTH CONDITIONS
Meetings and travels must comply with current health regulations (including COVID-19). Winners will be responsible for additional costs related to compliance with health conditions (COVID test, insurance, etc.).
Bringing drugs, alcohol, or any other prohibited items to the festival is forbidden. Any violation will result in immediate exclusion and cancellation of the prize.
ARTICLE 9 - LEGAL COMPLIANCE
The contest complies with local gaming and contest laws in each country where the vinyl is sold.
This contest is void where prohibited by law. Participants must check local laws before
participating.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they comply with the local laws of their country of residence. The organizer disclaims all responsibility for non-compliance with local laws by participants.

ARTICLE 10 - RESPONSIBILITY AND DISQUALIFICATION
Any fraud or attempted fraud, as well as circumventing the rules, will result in the immediate disqualification of the participant.
Insolent Rave Records disclaims all responsibility in case of circumstances beyond its control that would prevent the contest from taking place.
ARTICLE 11 - FINANCIAL DETAILS
Transportation tickets and accommodation will be covered by the organizer. The reimbursement of transport logistics and any other type of logistics only concerns the first prize. All expenses onsite
not specifically mentioned to be covered by the organizers are the responsibility of the
winners.
Cancellation insurance for flights will be covered by the organizer.
In case of flight issues, health problems, or other unforeseen incidents, the organizer disclaims all responsibility.
ARTICLE 12 - CONFIDENTIALITY
These rules comply with the current personal data protection laws (GDPR in Europe, CCPA in
California, etc.).
ARTICLE 13 - DEPOSIT OF THE REGULATIONS
The full contest rules have been filed with a bailiff before the start of the contest. This ensures the transparency and legality of the rules.
Insolent Rave Records holds proof of this deposit.
Participants can consult the rules with the bailiff upon request. A copy of the rules will be available on the organizer's Shopify sales site.

Participants should be able to download the rules for their reference.
ARTICLE 14 - ADVERTISING AND TRANSPARENCY
The contest will be publicly announced with the rules clearly stated, as well as the prizes to be won and participation methods.
The announcement will include the nature of the contest, the prizes to be won, and participation methods.
The contest results will be published transparently.
The list of winners will be displayed on the website, subject to their consent.
ARTICLE 15 - PARTICIPATION CONTROL
Entries must be verifiable and traceable to prevent fraud.
A timestamping system will be used to record the date and time of each entry. Timestamping
ensures the authenticity and validity of entries.
In case of dispute, timestamping can serve as evidence to clarify the situation.
Manual verifications will be conducted for winning entries to ensure their compliance.
